Most brands do not lack ideas. They lack a sequence. Amazon, Walmart, TikTok Shop, a Shopify or WordPress store, and paid ads can all be true at once, and still be the wrong next hire.

Vyn Tech Consulting uses eCommerce consulting to decide that sequence. We look at the channels you already run, name the gaps, and say what we would do first. Execution — listings, ads, creative, the store — lives on those service pages when you want the same team to carry the plan.

02The work

What eCommerce consulting covers

Strategy and audits across the channels in the catalog. Not a promise of a ranking, a ROAS, or a revenue number.

01

Where to expand, and where not to

Marketplace expansion, Amazon and Walmart growth, TikTok Shop, and DTC or Shopify strategy. We say which channel fits the catalog and which one would spread the team too thin.

02

Audits before a bigger spend

Advertising audits, marketplace audits, and competitive analysis from the accounts and public listings we can actually see. The output is the gaps and the first fixes, not a score you cannot use.

03

Operations and the stack underneath

Operational improvement, digital transformation, and eCommerce technology strategy — how orders, catalog, and the site stay in sync with the marketplaces. Build work stays on WordPress and Shopify.

03Fit

Who this is for

US-based brands that already sell online and need a decision on where to focus — a new marketplace, the store, ads, or the operation — before hiring more execution.

04The process

How a consulting engagement runs

We learn the business, review what you share, choose the few moves that matter, and write the priorities. You can run them, or the same team can execute.

  1. 01

    Listen

Products, channels, constraints, and what has already been tried.

  2. 02

    Review

Listings, store, ads, and operations — only the accounts you share.

  3. 03

    Choose

The few moves that matter, and the work that can wait.

  4. 04

    Write

Priorities and the first actions, in plain language.

  5. 05

    Hand off

You run it, or the same team executes on the service pages.

05One team

Why the plan sits with the people who can run it

A strategy deck from a team that does not touch listings, ads, or the store is easy to ignore. We already do that work, so the recommendations have to survive contact with the catalog.

08Questions

Consulting, answered

Is consulting the same as managing the account?

No. Consulting decides where to focus and what to do first. Account management, ads, creative, and development are separate services. Many brands start here, then hire the execution.

Do we have to hire you for every channel?

No. A focused review can stand on its own. If only Amazon, only the store, or only ads is the question, we will say so and point you at that page.

Will you recommend every marketplace?

No. Adding Walmart or TikTok Shop is a cost in catalog, content, and operations. We will say when a channel is a poor fit.

Do you guarantee growth from the plan?

No. We will not promise revenue, ROAS, or a ranking. We will tell you what we would change first, based on what we can see.
