Running ads used to mean picking one or two platforms. Now a customer might find you on Instagram, search for you on Google, compare you on Amazon, and ask ChatGPT for a recommendation, all in the same week. Each platform has its own rules, its own numbers, and its own way of taking credit for a sale. Without someone looking across all of them, it's easy to spend money in five places and still not know which spend is working.
Vyn Tech Consulting plans, builds, and manages paid advertising for US-based brands on the platforms where their customers shop and scroll. Because our team also runs Amazon, Walmart, TikTok Shop, and Shopify, your ads are planned around your listings, your store, and your margins instead of in isolation. We work exclusively with US-based businesses selling to US customers.
02Where your budget can go
Where Your Ad Budget Can Go
No brand needs every platform. The right mix depends on what you sell, where your customers already buy, and how much you can spend while a platform learns. We start with the channels most likely to pay off, then add others as the data supports it. Here's what we manage.
01Channels
Where customers already shop and scroll for your brand
Meta, Google, Amazon, and Walmart — started where the mix is most likely to pay off for your catalog.
Where the brand shows up
Paid presence next to your listings and store — not ads in a vacuum.
- Amazon
- Walmart
- Meta

01
Meta Ads: Instagram Ads and Facebook Ads
Instagram ads and Facebook ads run through the same system, Meta Ads Manager, and appear in feeds, Stories, and Reels. Meta works well for introducing a product to people who haven't heard of it, and for bringing back people who visited your store but didn't buy. We build campaigns around your catalog and best sellers, test different creative so you learn what people respond to, and set up retargeting for store visitors and past customers. Where it fits, we use Meta's automated campaign tools, with limits in place so spend goes toward products that make money.

02
Google Ads
Google reaches people while they're already searching. We manage Search ads for shoppers looking for what you sell, Shopping ads that show your products with photos and prices, and Performance Max campaigns that run across Google's channels. When video and discovery make sense, we add YouTube and Demand Gen. Clean product data in Google Merchant Center matters as much as the ads, so we handle the feed as part of the work.

03
Amazon Ads
If you sell on Amazon, ads are part of how shoppers find you. We manage Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display, adjusting bids, keywords, and budgets against your margins instead of chasing sales alone. Amazon advertising works best next to strong listings, so we plan it together with the rest of your account — the same work covered in our Marketplace Management service.

04
Walmart Ads
Walmart Connect advertising puts your products in front of shoppers searching on Walmart.com. We set up and manage sponsored placements, watch cost against sales, and coordinate with your listings so shoppers who click land on pages that convert.
Then test what the data supports.
02Expand
Newer shelves for the brand, only when they're worth it
ChatGPT as a controlled beta test, TikTok for discovery, and smaller platforms when the numbers suggest a try.
Where the brand can grow next
Test TikTok and beyond when your core channels are already working.
- TikTok
- Shopify

01
ChatGPT Ads
ChatGPT now shows labeled sponsored results below some answers for eligible users, and businesses can buy them through OpenAI's self-serve Ads Manager. It's a new channel and still in beta, so we treat it as a controlled test, not a big bet. We help you decide whether your category is a good fit, set up tracking and product feeds, write ads that match the questions people actually ask, and compare results with your other channels before adding budget. Ads around some sensitive or regulated topics are limited, so we check current eligibility first.

02
TikTok Ads
TikTok reaches people while they're discovering products through video. We manage in-feed campaigns and Spark Ads that boost your best organic and creator videos. For TikTok Shop sellers, we also run GMV Max campaigns, which our TikTok Shop Management service covers in more detail.

03
Pinterest, Microsoft, and Reddit Ads
Some brands do well on smaller platforms. Pinterest reaches people planning purchases, so it often suits home, wellness, fashion, and gift products. Microsoft Advertising brings Bing search traffic, and Google campaigns can usually be imported to get started. Reddit lets you reach interest-based communities. We add these when the numbers suggest a test is worth it, not by default.
Then keep the data and creative honest.
03Operate
Tracking, creative, and reporting that make the brand's spend readable
Feeds and pixels that count once, creative that doesn't go stale, and reports judged against profit.

01
Conversion Tracking and Product Feeds
Ads are only as good as the data behind them. We set up Google Analytics 4, the Meta pixel and Conversions API, Google conversion tracking, and OpenAI's pixel when you advertise there, then check that each purchase is counted once instead of twice. We also manage product feeds for Google Merchant Center, Meta's catalog, and other platforms that use them, so titles, prices, and availability stay accurate.

02
Creative Testing and Retargeting
Many ad accounts stall because the ads get stale. We plan a steady flow of new creative, from product photos and short videos to creator content, and test it so you can see what works. We also set up retargeting so people who viewed a product, added to cart, or bought before see relevant ads. When you need new assets, our Creative Services team can produce product and lifestyle photography.

03
Reporting, Budgeting, and Audits
You get a clear monthly report that shows spend, sales, and what we changed, with every channel in one place. We look at the blended picture, since each platform tends to claim the same sale, and judge campaigns against profit instead of return on ad spend alone. If you already run ads, we start with an audit of your accounts to find wasted spend and missed opportunities.
03Fit
Who This Is For
This service is for US-based ecommerce brands that want ads managed properly. That includes Amazon, Walmart, and TikTok Shop sellers, Shopify stores, and brands whose ads are scattered across freelancers and agencies. It works best when you already have a product people want and a store or listing that converts, since ads can amplify what's there but can't fix a weak page.

Why Brands Work With Us
Most agencies manage ads in one place and leave your listings, store, and tracking to someone else. We run advertising alongside marketplace management, Shopify, and creative, so decisions in one area account for the others. We judge results by profit, keep your ad accounts in your name, and tell you plainly when a channel isn't worth your money yet.

08Questions
Performance marketing, answered
Which ad platform should I start with?
It depends on where your customers already shop. If you sell on Amazon or Walmart, ads there usually come first because shoppers are already looking to buy. If most sales come from your own store, Google Search and Shopping capture people searching for what you sell, and Meta helps new people find you. We recommend a starting mix after reviewing your products, margins, and current sales, then add channels once the first ones are working.
Do Instagram ads and Facebook ads need separate campaigns?
No. Both run through Meta Ads Manager, and a single campaign can show your ads on Facebook, Instagram, or both. We choose placements based on where results are strongest and test creative for each format, since a Reel looks different from a Facebook feed ad.
Do I need a big budget to start?
It depends on the platform, your product price, and your goals. Every platform needs enough spend and enough sales to learn what works, so very small budgets can be slow to show results. After the audit, we'll recommend a starting budget and explain what it should be able to teach us.
Is advertising on ChatGPT worth trying?
It might be, but it's early. Ads appear as labeled sponsored results below some answers for eligible users, and OpenAI's Ads Manager is still in beta. If your customers research products by asking questions, a small test can make sense. We'd set a limited budget, track results carefully, and compare them with your other channels before spending more.
Will I own my ad accounts?
Yes. Your ad accounts, pixels, and payment methods stay in your name. You give us access to manage campaigns, and you can remove that access at any time. Some platforms, including ChatGPT's Ads Manager, ask each advertiser to create and verify its own account. In that case we'd walk you through setup, then manage the campaigns from inside it.
How do you know whether my ads are really working?
We track purchases inside each platform and in Google Analytics, then compare the two, since platforms often take credit for the same sale. Our monthly report looks at total sales and total ad spend together, and judges results against your margins.
What if my ads get rejected?
Ads in health and wellness categories get extra review on most platforms, and a rejection doesn't always mean something was done wrong. We write ads to fit each platform's policies, avoid medical-style claims, and handle appeals when something is flagged. We can't promise approval, since each platform makes the final call.
