Shoppers decide fast. On Amazon or Walmart, they see a small image, a price, and a few words before choosing whether to click. On your own store, a brand has seconds to look trustworthy. When the logo, packaging, photos, and listing images were made by different people at different times, they rarely look like they belong to the same company.

Vyn Tech Consulting's creative team designs the whole look of a brand, from the logo and packaging to the images on your product listings. Because the same company also manages Amazon, Walmart, Shopify, and advertising, we design with marketplace rules and shopper behavior in mind. We work exclusively with US-based brands.

02The work

What Our Creative Team Handles

Some brands come to us for one project, like a logo. Others need the full set. Everything is designed to match, so each piece supports the rest.

01Brand

Identity, packaging, and print that hold together

Logo, guidelines, packaging, and printed pieces designed as one system.

  1. Cartoon of a designer presenting blank logo mark shapes with color swatches and type specimen bars

    01

    Logo Design and Brand Identity

A logo is the starting point for everything else. We design the versions you'll actually need: a full logo, a compact version for small spaces like social icons and website tabs, and color and black-and-white options. We also choose a color palette and typefaces that fit your product and your customer. We begin by learning who you're selling to, not by sketching whatever is trendy.

  2. Cartoon of an open brand guidelines binder with color chips, logo clear-space diagrams and photo style cards

    02

    Brand Guidelines

Brand guidelines turn your look into a rulebook anyone can follow. They cover how to use your logo, your colors and fonts, your photo style, and your tone of voice, so listings, packaging, ads, and your store stay consistent even when different people work on them. They're especially useful when you hire freelancers, add team members, or launch new products.

  3. Cartoon of a designer working on a box and bottle label beside tissue, insert card and thank-you card

    03

    Packaging Design: Outside and Inside

Packaging is often a customer's first physical contact with your brand. We design the outside, including boxes, pouches, bottles, and labels, and the inside too, such as inserts, tissue, thank-you cards, and instructions, so opening the package feels considered. We prepare files to your printer's specifications and make mockups so you can see the design before it goes to print. Required label information, like ingredients or warnings, comes from you or your compliance advisor, and we lay it out clearly.

  4. Cartoon of blank business cards, a flyer and a wholesale line sheet with product bottle thumbnails on a desk

    04

    Business Cards and Print Materials

We design business cards, thank-you and insert cards, flyers, brochures, and wholesale line sheets. If you sell to retailers, a clean line sheet or catalog makes your products easier to order. Everything follows your brand guidelines, so printed pieces match what customers see online.

Then put the brand on the shelf.

02Listings

Where shoppers meet your product for the first time

On Amazon and Walmart, the gallery is your storefront. Photography, listing images, and the words beside them should feel like the same brand that ships in the box.

Where the brand shows up

    01

    The photos shoppers trust first

Clear, accurate product photos on clean backgrounds, built for marketplaces. That means main images that meet each marketplace's requirements, plus angles, detail shots, and size or scale images that answer questions before a shopper has to ask.

  2. Cartoon of a designer arranging blank listing image frames with product photos and pictogram icons

    02

Your product's first handshake on Amazon and Walmart

Your image gallery is your sales pitch. We design listing images, infographics, and comparison charts for Amazon and Walmart, along with A+ Content for Amazon and enhanced content for Walmart, so shoppers can see benefits and details quickly. A+ Content is available to brand-registered Amazon sellers. We can also design your Amazon Brand Store.

  3. Cartoon of a designer and partner aligning listing image frames with blank title and bullet bars

    03

Words that make the gallery land

Images and words work together. We improve titles, bullet points, descriptions, and keywords alongside the creative, so a listing is easy to find and easy to trust. This page covers the creative side. For account-level work, see our Marketplace Management service.

Then carry the brand into the feed and the store you own.

03Channels

Same brand in the scroll, the ad, and the store

TikTok, Reels, Meta ads, and your Shopify pages should feel like one company — not three freelancers with three different looks.

Where the brand keeps showing up

From the feed to the storefront, still clearly yours.

  • TikTok
  • Shopify
  1. Cartoon of a creator filming a product while a designer reviews vertical phone frames and an ad card

    01

The same brand in the feed

Short product videos for listings and your store, vertical videos for Reels and TikTok, and designs for posts, carousels, and stories. We also create static and video ads for Meta, Pinterest, TikTok, and other platforms, built to work with the campaigns our Performance Marketing team runs.

  2. Cartoon of a designer building storefront banner and email layouts with product photos and color blocks

    02

Your store should look like the same company

Banners, collection images, product page graphics, and email templates for Shopify and Klaviyo, all matched to your brand, so your store looks like the same company as your packaging and listings.

Who This Is For

This service is for US-based brands at several stages: new brands that need a launch look, established brands with logos, photos, and listings that no longer match, Amazon and Walmart sellers who want stronger listings, and brands preparing to sell to retailers or refresh their branding.

04The process

How We Work

  1. 01

    Learn

Your products, customers, competitors, and the marketplaces you sell on.

  2. 02

    Direction

A mood board or early concepts so we agree on the look before detailed work begins.

  3. 03

    Design

We design, share drafts, and refine them with your feedback.

  4. 04

    Deliver

Final files for print, web, and marketplace use once you approve.

  5. 05

    Apply

The same look across your listings, packaging, and store.

Why Brands Work With Us

Most creative studios stop at the design file. We also manage the marketplaces, store, and ads where your creative has to perform, so we know which layouts and images hold up on Amazon and Walmart, not just what looks good in a portfolio. One team handles the whole brand, so everything fits together.

08Questions

Creative services, answered

Can you design a brand from scratch, or only improve existing branding?

Both. We can create a new logo and full identity for a new brand, or refresh what you have, keeping the parts customers already recognize and updating the parts that look dated or inconsistent.

What do brand guidelines include, and do I need them?

They cover how to use your logo, your colors and fonts, your photo style, and your tone of voice. You don't need them to launch, but they save time and money later. They keep listings, packaging, ads, and your store consistent when freelancers or new team members get involved.

Do you design packaging that's ready to print?

Yes. We design the outside and inside of your packaging and prepare files to your printer's specifications. Share your printer's template and we'll design to it, and we'll make mockups first so you can review the design before printing.

What's the difference between listing images, A+ Content, and listing optimization?

Listing images are the gallery shoppers swipe through at the top of a product page. A+ Content is the branded section lower on the page, with images and text that explain the product in more depth. Listing optimization covers the words, including your title, bullet points, description, and keywords. They work best together.

Do you follow Amazon and Walmart image requirements?

Yes. Each marketplace has its own rules for main images, such as background and size, and those rules change. We check the current requirements at the start of each project, so images aren't rejected after you've paid for them.

What should I send you to get started?

Your brand name and products, any existing logo files or photos, examples of brands you like, who your customers are, and which marketplaces you sell on. If you don't have all of that yet, we'll help you work it out in the first conversation.
