Shopify Development & eCommerce Management for US Brands

We design, build, migrate, and manage Shopify stores, and build them to work alongside your Amazon and Walmart accounts.

Share your store URL or your plans, and we'll come back with the first three things we'd change.

Your marketplace presence matters, but so does the channel you own. Amazon and Walmart send you traffic on their terms. Your Shopify store is where you set the price, own the customer relationship, and decide how your brand looks. It deserves the same care as your marketplace listings, and often gets less.

Vyn Tech Consulting is a Shopify development agency for US-based brands. We design, build, migrate, and manage Shopify stores. Since we also run Amazon and Walmart accounts, we build your store to work alongside your marketplaces, not as a separate project.

02Our own stores

We've done this for ourselves too

Our team built and runs the Shopify stores for Rootsar, an essential oils brand, and AYRA by AR, a fashion label, both selling to US customers. The problems we solve for clients are the same ones we've dealt with on our own stores.

What We Build and Manage on Shopify

Ten services, in the order a store usually needs them: build it, connect it to the rest of the business, then keep it fast and running.

01Build

Build the store, or rebuild it right

New stores, redesigns, the pages that sell, and moving off a platform you've outgrown.

  1. Cartoon of a developer stacking building blocks inside an empty store window beside a payment card, parcel and checklist

    01

    Shopify Store Development

Starting from zero means making a lot of decisions that are hard to undo later: theme, collection structure, navigation, checkout settings, and which apps you actually need. Our Shopify store development covers the full build, from setup and theme selection to product uploads, payment and shipping configuration, and launch. You get a store that's ready to sell on day one, without a pile of apps you'll pay for and never use.

  2. Cartoon of a designer rolling fresh color onto a clean store layout next to a cluttered grey one

    02

    Website Redesign & Theme Customization

Not every store needs a rebuild. Sometimes the theme is fine and a few sections, layouts, or features need to change. Other times the store has outgrown its original design and a proper redesign makes more sense. We'll tell you honestly which one you need. Theme customization covers targeted changes to your existing theme. A full Shopify website redesign covers layout, branding, navigation, and site structure, and it keeps your products, customer data, and order history intact.

  3. Cartoon of a shopper tapping a large add-to-cart button on a phone product page while a teammate points to a checkout bag

    03

Product Pages, Landing Pages & Conversion Optimization

Getting traffic is only half the job. Product pages need to answer a shopper's questions quickly, with clear images, honest descriptions, reviews, and a visible add-to-cart button on mobile. Landing pages are built for a specific campaign or ad audience, so the page matches the ad that brought people there. We also audit your cart and checkout flow to find where shoppers drop off, then fix those specific spots instead of guessing.

  4. Cartoon of two movers carrying boxes and records across a bridge from an old grey shop to a new teal storefront

    04

    Migration to Shopify

Moving from WooCommerce, BigCommerce, Wix, Squarespace, or a custom platform is where things usually go wrong. Products lose their variants, customer accounts don't carry over, and old URLs break, taking years of search rankings with them. Our Shopify migration services cover moving your products, customers, order history, and content, plus setting up 301 redirects from your old URLs so search engines and returning customers land in the right place.

Then connect it to the rest of the business.

02Connect

Connect it to your marketplaces and tools

Your store, your marketplace accounts, your apps, and your wholesale buyers, working from the same data.

  1. Cartoon of a specialist with a tablet beside one stock shelf linked by looping arrows to three matching storefront stalls

    01

    Amazon & Walmart Integration

This is where we're different from most Shopify agencies. If you sell on Amazon or Walmart as well as your own site, your inventory, product data, and orders need to stay in sync across all three. Otherwise you oversell, prices drift apart, and product details stop matching. We connect your Shopify store to your marketplace accounts, and because our team also manages Amazon and Walmart, the setup is built by people who understand both sides.

  2. Cartoon of a developer plugging puzzle pieces for email, reviews, chat and analytics into a store dashboard

    02

    App Setup & Integrations

Most Shopify stores run on a stack of apps for email, reviews, subscriptions, and analytics, and those apps don't always work well together. We set up and connect the tools your store needs, including Klaviyo for email and SMS, review apps, subscriptions, Google Analytics 4, and Meta Pixel with the Conversions API. That way your marketing data is accurate and your apps aren't conflicting with each other.

  3. Cartoon of one building with a trade door receiving a pallet of boxes and a shop door where a customer leaves with a bag

    03

    Shopify B2B & Wholesale Setup

If you sell to retailers as well as consumers, you need a way to handle wholesale pricing, minimum order quantities, and trade accounts without exposing those prices to regular shoppers. We set up B2B and wholesale ordering on Shopify so you can run both from one store.

Then keep it fast, findable, and running.

03Run

Keep it fast, usable, and maintained

Search visibility, speed, accessibility, and the routine monthly work every store needs after launch.

  1. Cartoon of a teammate inspecting a store page with a magnifying glass while another lifts heavy weights off it beside a stopwatch

    01

    Shopify SEO & Speed Optimization

A store that's slow to load or hard for Google to crawl loses sales before anyone sees a product. Our Shopify SEO work covers technical fixes, collection and product page optimization, structured data, and keyword targeting based on what US shoppers actually search. Speed usually comes down to a few things: too many apps, oversized images, or a heavy theme. We find what's slowing your store down and fix it.

  2. Cartoon of a shopper in a wheelchair browsing a store by keyboard while a developer adjusts contrast settings

    02

    ADA Accessibility Improvements

Accessibility is a real concern for US ecommerce brands. A store that's hard to use with a screen reader or keyboard shuts out customers and can draw legal complaints. We audit your store against WCAG 2.1 AA guidelines and fix common problems like missing alt text, low color contrast, and navigation that doesn't work without a mouse. To be clear, this is development work, not legal advice. For compliance questions specific to your business, talk to a lawyer.

  3. Cartoon of a teammate on a ladder hanging a seasonal banner on a store page while another tunes a gear beside a toolbox

    03

    Shopify Store Management & Maintenance

After launch, a store still needs ongoing work. Products need adding, apps need updating, seasonal banners go up and come down, and things break when a theme or app updates. Our Shopify store management services cover that routine work every month, so your team isn't stuck doing small fixes or waiting on a freelancer who's slow to reply.

04Customize or redesign

Not every store needs a rebuild

Sometimes the theme is fine and a few sections, layouts, or features need to change. Other times the store has outgrown its original design. We'll tell you honestly which one you need.

Who This Is For

This service is for US-based businesses that either want their own store for the first time or want more from the one they have. That includes Amazon and Walmart sellers launching a direct-to-consumer site, brands stuck on a platform they've outgrown, and established Shopify stores that need a redesign, better performance, or someone to handle ongoing management.

We stay on for ongoing management, or hand the store to your team with everything documented.

07One team

Why Brands Work With Us

Most agencies only cover one side of the business. Shopify developers don't touch marketplaces, and marketplace agencies don't build websites. We do both, so your store, your Amazon account, and your Walmart storefront are planned together by one team. We also run our own Shopify stores, so our advice comes from what has actually worked and failed on stores we're responsible for.

09Questions

Shopify development, answered

Will I lose my Google rankings if I migrate my store to Shopify?

Not if the migration is handled properly. Rankings drop when old URLs break and search engines can't find the new pages. We map every old product, collection, and blog URL to its new Shopify address and set up 301 redirects, so search engines and returning customers land on the right page. It's normal to see small changes in the first few weeks while Google re-crawls the site.

Which platforms can you migrate from?

We handle migrations from WooCommerce, BigCommerce, Wix, Squarespace, Magento, and custom-built sites. Products, variants, customer accounts, order history, and blog content can all be moved. During the audit we'll tell you which parts of your current setup transfer cleanly and which need extra work.

Can my Shopify store stay in sync with my Amazon and Walmart inventory?

Yes. We connect Shopify to your marketplace accounts so stock levels update across every channel when something sells, which prevents overselling a product you no longer have. Product details and pricing can be managed from one place too, depending on your setup.

Do I need a full redesign, or can you work with my current theme?

It depends on what isn't working. If the store looks fine but a few pages or features are holding it back, targeted theme customization is faster and cheaper. If the design is dated, the site structure is confusing, or the theme can't do what you need, a redesign usually makes more sense. We'll tell you which we recommend and why.

Do I keep ownership of my Shopify store?

Yes. The store, domain, and Shopify account stay in your name. We work through access you give us, and you can remove that access at any time. When a project ends, you keep everything we built.

Will your accessibility work make my store ADA compliant?

No developer can honestly promise that, because ADA requirements for websites aren't spelled out in one fixed technical standard. What we can do is audit your store against WCAG 2.1 AA, the guidelines most often used as the benchmark, and fix the issues we find. For legal questions about your specific situation, talk to a lawyer.

Can you take over a Shopify store another agency or freelancer built?

Yes. We start with a review of the theme, installed apps, and any custom code, so we know what we're working with before we change anything. If something was built in a way that will cause problems later, we'll explain it plainly and leave the decision to you.
